David Rule built the world’s smallest (functional) home for $1,470 — and you need to see it! Another YouTuber had previously built a 25-square-foot tiny house complete with a sink and kitchen space, but David wanted to go smaller — and he did it. He built an adorable tiny home that’s just 22 square feet (including the “chimney” toilet).
Believe it or not, this little space includes a kitchen, a sink, a shower, and a bed! You can watch him build the entire home in the video below, but the best part of it, by far, is the dinner party he hosts for three of his friends and a dog inside his micro home!

This Old Fashion Chuckwagon by Woolywagons is for sale for just $25,000. It has an RV electric package that’s off-grid ready and just about everything you’d need for life on the road minus a shower.
The leather couch folds out into a twin-sized bed; there’s a stainless steel sink and plenty of storage; and it all sits on an aluminum frame so you can pull it with a vehicle or even horses if you really want to. You’ll want to add an induction cooktop and Instant Pot so you can cook, but there’s a Dry Flush toilet included with this tiny home. The “T” design on the roof can be removed and changed out for your own logo.
The wheels are wrapped in hard rubber for a quiet ride. Contact Woolywagons to make your purchase or to ask questions.

This is the story of a couple who are living full-time in a 50-square-foot micro home via Deek’s relaxshacksDOTcom YouTube Channel.
Meet Dan and Emily Hutcheson Moore- who after taking a few hands-on tiny house workshops, and gaining inspiration from several tiny house festivals, decided to take the plunge and live tiny full time- in a cabin-like vargo only 50 square feet in size at its base. This self-built home on wheels certainly is small, but does contain their needs and facilities for just about any occasion- from showering, to napping, going to the bathroom, and cooking.

Are rooftop tiny houses becoming a trend in big cities? That might be a far stretch, but it’s an idea that’s slowly been catching on because if you’re in a city, there’s just no place for a tiny house on wheels, so rooftops could be an option for some. And it’s not the first time something kind of like this has been done.
That’s what el Sindicato Arquitectura did with its Casa Parasito project located in Ecuador’s capital Quito. What do you think of the idea of tiny homes being built on the rooftops of buildings? Is it a good idea or a bad idea? Why? Would you ever consider this if it were an affordable housing option?
